We request that you only enroll in classes you plan to attend.  We staff our classes with certified instructors and purchase course materials based on the student count.  Therefore, course fees are not refundable.  However, if you give us at least 24 hours notice of not being able to attend, we will offer one opportunity to reschedule for a future class.

Only in the event that we cancel a class for any reason, you can choose to reschedule to a later class or receive a refund of the course fee paid.

Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee you will be issued a CCW in California or any other state.  We also don't guarantee you will be approved to teach any classes in California or any other state, as that may be the decision of a jurisdictional authority or other entities, who determine your eligibility based on their evaluation of your application, your background, and other factors that are beyond our control.
