CALIFORNIA CCW MODIFICATIONS

RICHMOND

Please Bring:

• Valid California DMV issued Driver's License or ID card.

• Current CCW Permit

• Handgun(s).  You must bring all guns with you to class that you want to add to your existing permit.  There is no additional charge for qualifying with multiple guns.  The State of California requires that the guns you list on your permit be registered to you with the State.  Depending on the issuing agency, there may be restrictions on gun type, modifications, and/or optics.

• Please Note:  Effective immediately, the Richmond Rod & Gun Club Board of Directors has voted to prohibit the presence of the SIG Sauer P320 platform - including all variants such as the M17/M18 and any aftermarket configurations - anywhere on RRGC premises.  This is a total facility ban that applies to all club ranges, parking areas, buildings, and event spaces, regardless of whether the firearm is intended for use or remains stored in a bag or vehicle.

• Holsters for each gun you are adding to your permit.  If you use an alternative carry device, such as a purse or fanny pack, please bring it.  You must shoot the guns you are adding to the permit.  Existing guns on the permit do not have to be shot again, but they do need to be inspected, so bring them, too.

• Eye protection and electronic amplified headphones (so you can clearly hear instructions).

• Cover garment

• 50 rounds for each firearm with magazines

• Closed toe shoes

• No low-cut necklines please.  We don’t want hot brass down our shirt.
