NRA PISTOL INSTRUCTOR
January 30 thru February 1, 2026
Friday - Sunday
This series includes all the prerequisites to become certified as an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor. Only NRA Certified Instructors are eligible for Lockton Affinity's Instructor Plus Insurance.
Friday, January 30, 2026 – NRA Basic Instructor Training (BIT) – 8am to 3pm
This class is a mandatory prerequisite for all new instructors or any current Instructors who are adding a new discipline that have not successfully completed BIT within the last 24 months.
Saturday, January 31, 2026 – NRA Certified Basic Pistol – 8am to 5pm
This class is a mandatory prerequisite for the Sunday NRA Certified Pistol Instructor course
Sunday, February 1, 2026 – NRA Certified Pistol Instructor – 8am to 5pm
Prerequisites apply. Candidates must have successfully completed both NRA Basic Instructor Training and NRA Certified Basic Pistol (can be taken on Friday and Saturday, respectively).
Course Fee: $450.
Preregistration and prepayment of course fee is required to book a seat.
