This class was developed to safely introduce the beginner to the handgun and their actions, ammunition, storage, maintenance, lawful transportation, and the fundamentals of shooting.  You will learn to safely load, unload, and shoot a firearm on the range with personalized instruction from our credentialed, professional instructors.

Course fee includes the use of .22 caliber training handguns and .22 caliber ammo.

Plus you can tryout up to five of our 9mm handguns at no rental charge (time permitting)!  Simply purchase the 9mm ammo.  This is a great option if you are thinking about buying a new gun, as you will work with one of our credentialed instructors to determine the best fit for you.  The 9mm guns we have available to try are examples of some of the  models that are available for purchase at the Dublin store.

Lastly, you also have the option of bringing your own gun and will have the opportunity to work with one of our instructors.  You must provide the ammo for your gun.

All range fees, targets, eye and ear protection are also included at no additional charge. 

​

Please no sandals or V-neck tops, as we do not want to trap hot, ejected brass between our toes or down our shirts.

Please bring a notepad and pen.

​

Age restriction:  Open to all adults 21 years of age and older.
